This is an appeal from an order revoking probation. On April 28, 1969, appellant entered a plea of guilty before the court to the offense of unlawful possession of marihuana and was assessed a punishment of five years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. The imposition of the sentence was suspended, however, and the appellant was placed on probation subject to certain conditions among which were the following:
